Your wedding is getting closer, and it’s time to bring all those beautiful ideas together!

Each spring, we invite our booked couples to Paradise Ranch for a special pre-wedding planning visit. This is your opportunity to work directly with our venue team, explore our Something Borrowed Closet, and make décor and setup decisions that are best planned in person.

Your Personal Two-Hour Décor Planning Appointment

Each couple reserves a dedicated two-hour appointment with our team. We’ll work together to bring your vision to life, explore design options, and make decisions about the details that will make your wedding uniquely yours.

During your appointment, we’ll help you:

Plan Your Ceremony Décor

• Explore archway décor, including floral swags and chiffon draping.

• Select aisle décor and ceremony accents.

• Design your welcome or sign-in table.

• Plan your memory table and wedding favor display.

• Explore ceremony beverage displays.

Design Your Reception Tablescapes

• Confirm dinner table shapes, quantities, and layout.

• Choose your linen colors.

• Explore table runners, garlands, and other centerpiece décor.

• Mix and match items from our Something Borrowed Closet to create your desired look.

See Your Ideas Come Together

We’ll set up a mock table arrangement so you can see how your décor selections work together before making your final decisions. Bring inspiration photos, color palettes, and any décor items you’re considering using. We’ll help you coordinate the details and create a cohesive look throughout your celebration.

Who Should Come?

Bring your partner, family members, friends, or anyone whose input you value when making décor decisions. You’re also welcome to coordinate with your planner or décor vendor if their involvement would be helpful.
